Our Security control room is manned 24 hours a day, 7 Days per week.

Control room staff are fully licenced and trained and are there to help you with any query related to your monitored alarm or patrolled site.
The Staff are in direct contact with our Security Patrol Officers, direct contact between the control room and Patrol Officers in the field enable faster response times and a more efficient services for our customers.

All major alarm monitoring formats are currently supported including,
Dialler, GSM, GPRS, IP, Video.
